However we do not guarantee specific results including but not limited to page one Google rankings, a specific number of leads, or a specific increase in revenue. Results vary depending on your industry, location, competition, and other factors outside our control.
Payment terms are agreed upon individually with each client. A deposit may be required before work begins. All fees are outlined clearly before any work starts.
We show you the finished website before you are required to pay in full. If you are not satisfied with the work you may walk away with no further obligation beyond any deposit already paid. Specific terms are outlined in your individual service agreement.
Upon full payment, you own the content of your website including text and images you provided. Website design elements may include third party licensed assets subject to their respective terms.
Jared's Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the relevant billing period.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
